Wellness Examinations

Wellness Examinations

Your pet’s age and health determine how frequently the doctor needs to see them, but in general we recommend most pets get a full exam once a year until they are 6 years old. As they get older we suggest an exam twice a year because major health changes can happen quickly. Puppies and kittens also require specialized care. Many pets can get vaccinations as early as 7 weeks old and need booster vaccines to stay fully protected against diseases. Talk to your vet for details on what vaccines your pet specifically needs to protect him/her best.
